Great place to eat some BBQ! I usually pick up lunch for large groups of people.
Hays County Barbecue has always been a favorite of mine and the people I buy lunch for. The new facility is very nice. It has plenty of parking and seating. I highly recommend Hays County to anyone that is looking for some good BBQ!
Awarded one of the top 50 BBQ places in Texas by Texas Monthly and it lives up to the award. Ribs were moist, brisket was also moist and had a great smoked taste, and the sausage was also great. As a side, get the potato salad, it was fantastic.
Delicious! Delicious! The Jalapeno cream corn is my new favorite side. We had brisket, pulled pork and sausage and left very satisfied. The staff was friendly and plenty of space. The ambiance is cool also.
